Today I am sharing my first-ever podcast, where I talk about Macy's Social Success with their interesting social media campaign that was recently discussed by Lauren Hockenson in her article "Making Fashion Personal: Macy's Smart Social Media Strategy". With the premier of the new NBC show Fashion Star this past week, I've been noticing that Macy's has a multiplatform campaign that is fun and unique. In addition to the use of popular social media outlets such as Twitter and Facebook, Macy's has also integrated the use of other tools such as YouTube and smartphone QR codes into their campaign.
